Great stay, the kids loved the big playroom. The only negative is that this playroom lacked choice, the space was there but lacked diversity. For the rest of the stay everything was perfect, a superb welcoming staff.

The hotel is very artistically designed, the rooms are comfortable and the view is great. Parking is convenient but a little expensive. The hotel restaurant is also good. Highly recommended!

Great location, walking distance from airport bus 747 and VIA RAIL Station. Rooftop pool. However my first two days encountered drilling noise till 10pm, broken TV and coffee machine

The hotel has good overall service, the lobby is beautiful, and the rooms are a bit old. The central train station is just across the hotel, and other major attractions are basically a 15-minute walk away.
